L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. Swim is the first slim box L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. fashion dolls line. It comes with a limited amount of items and sacrifices certain aspects deluxe and standard dolls include. Each doll was released in two versions: with and without articulation.

News about an upcoming budget O.M.G. Swim line for 2021 first was spread in September 2020 when popular accounts posted that a line featuring the older siblings of Splash Queen, Vacay Babay, Surfer Babe, and Rip Tide would debut with the siblings being named Sea Queen, Miss Worldwide, Surf Chick and Beach (with an unknown last name).
News surrounding the line would later go silent until 2021 where a person who allegedly visited MGA Headquarters stated the dolls had either been cancelled or delayed along with Series 4.5 (which previously had an April release date). This was later confirmed when no pictures of the line were posted until almost 1 year after September 2020.
In August 2021 pictures were posted by Dollboy on Twitter featuring low quality images of the now three dolls in the line, later on high quality pictures were found as well as separate photos for each girl.
The dolls were released in fall 2021.
