Sweets is an O.M.G. fashion doll from the Series 4 released in 2021. Her younger siblings are Sugar, Lil Sugar, and Sweet Guy. The family also includes Sugar Pup.
She was released alongside her best friend Spicy Babe. When their boxes are put together it forms the shape of a heart.

Sweets has a darker medium orange-tone skin-tone, and split half powder blue half pink curly hair tied into a bun that she holds up with her gold head tie. Her eyes are a beautiful deep sky blue color that she has tiny white stars around. Her eye shadow is blue on her right eye and pink on her left.
She wears a blue jacket with huge fur around the sleeves, and underneath is a blue and pink baby doll dress. To finish the look, she pairs blue and pink clear jelly platforms with it all.
