Royal High-Ney is a popular LOL tot from series 1. She is part of Glam club. She has a big sister, two little sisters Lil Royal High-Ney and Royal High-Ney Baby Sis, a pet named Royal Kitty-Cat, and a brother.
She was released in All-Star B.B.s Series 4. She was also re-released as part of Color Change Surprise (Me & Bro) series with His Royal High-Ney and Mix & Make Birthday Cake.
Appearance
Royal High-Ney has fair skin and pale blue eyes. She wears red lipstick and has dull pink blush and a black heart-shaped beauty mark at the lower left corner of her eye. She has light pink hair worn up in a large curl, surrounded by several smaller curls and tiny braids at the bottom of her head.
Her light green dress is frilly and shaped to reveal pale pink frilly fabric beneath it. A row of tiny electric pink bows go down the center of her dress and with it, she wears electric pink shoes with a tiny white bow and frilly socks.
