Neon Q.T is a lol Fancy LOL from series 2. She is part of the Cosplay club. She has a lil sister, a big sister, a twin brother, and several pets, including Neon Kitty, Neon Puppy, Neon Bunny, and Neon Hammy.
She was also released in the Color Change Surprise (Me & Bro), Glam Glitter, J.K., Mix & Make Birthday Cake, and Mermaids (Tots) spin-offs.
Appearance
Normal
She has light brown skin and fuchsia lipstick with fain pink blush. Her blue eyes are hidden behind large white sunglasses with pink lenses. Her orange hair is pulled back into a high ponytail, with her fuchsia bangs left loose at the middle of her forehead. She wears a neon yellow long-sleeved top paired with a turquoise short sleeved hoodie, a fuchsia pleat skirt with orange bows and frilly petticoat. Her neon yellow and black boots are paired with frilly white socks and neon blue and fuchsia striped tights.
Glam Glitter
Her hair is metallic and her bangs are coated in glitter. She wears pink sunglasses with yellow lens and a chain across the top. On each cheek is a yellow star and glitter. She wears a glittering fuchsia sleeveless top with a layered pearl necklace and a two layered glittery tutu of turquoise and chartreuse, worn with a metallic orange belt. Her pale yellow and black shiny shoes are worn with metallic split tights, one leg is pink, the other blue.
J.K.
Her hair is now real and longer, being partially tied in pigtails and the pink streaks now on the underside. She has visible yellow eye shadow and wears white sunglasses with pink heart-shaped lens. Similar to her Glam Glitter version, she has a yellow star and glitter and each cheek. She wears a black and white cat ear headband, a yellow top with a light blue collar, yellow shorts, tights that are striped blue and white on the right and striped pink and white on the left, a small orange sheer overlay skirt, a large pink sheer overlay skirt, and a white bangle with small pink hearts. Her white sneakers have tall yellow soles,
Mix & Make Birthday Cake
She wears pink and yellow eye-shadow, with hot pink lips and yellow stars on her cheeks. She also wears a blue and pink bow with light blue and light pink stripes. Her hoop earrings are yellow and her gloves are hot pink. Her top is a black and white checkered pattern with a small blue jean jacket on top of it. She wears a long skirt that is pink, orange, and yellow with stars all-over it.
Mermaids
Her hair is now in braids, and she wears pink and white sunglasses, the same kind as her Series 2 sunglasses. She also wears blue earrings. Her top is yellow and pink with a big blue bow in front of it. Her mermaid tail is pink, purple, and blue.

- In doll form, she has freckles and star marks on her cheeks.
- She is the first Series 2 Tot to have an OMG big sister and also the first (and only) Series 2 Tot to have a J.K. Mini Fashion Doll version.
