Movie Magic is a series of Mystery Capsules and O.M.G. dolls of the L.O.L. Surprise! doll line released in September 2021, as part of the promotion of L.O.L. Surprise! The Movie.

History[]
Movie Magic was created and developed to be L.O.L. Surprise’s hottest release for 2021 after the success of the Remix doll line in 2020, Movie Magic took elements from the Remix line such as a 2-Pack, Collector Edition doll, 2nd outfit, and a Playset Package Pack as well as having a movie produced for the streaming service Netflix in order to promote the dolls to a wider audience.
New packaging was also designed specifically for the line (other lines who had packaging designed for the line exclusively were Remix and Dance Dance Dance), in 2021 the first pictures leaked of the core Movie Magic line which led to multiple Instagram accounts (most notably dollboy.29) being taken down by MGAE. Later in July 2021, unboxing videos of Starlette and Galaxy Gurl were posted on Chinese site Bilibili (it’s unknown how the user obtained the dolls early though it’s possible, the dolls had an early release in China and Russia).

- The line was originally called "Moviestars".
- This is the 2nd line to have second outfits succeeding Remix, though it’s the 1st line to have dolls outside the core line having 2nd outfits as the Extreme Surprise set fashion dolls do come with an extra outfit.
- This is the 2nd line to use lenticular printing as a gimmick succeeding Dance Dance Dance as the image of the OMG’s on the movie screen can make different poses.
