Miss Garnet is a fabulous LOL tot from Series 1 of the Present Surprise line; she is part of the Birthday Club. She represents the January birthstone, Garnet.

She has the same hair style as Strut only red, brown eyes, and tan skin. Her outfit is inspired by New Year's Day, with a glittery red dress with black tinsel at the bottom, black glittery shoes, and a golden crown with a red feather attached to her head. She wears a gold pageant-style sash that has her name on it in black letters.
