Madame Queen is a rare LOL tot from Series 3 (Confetti Pop). She is part of the Glitterati club. Her older sister is Big Wig and her pet is Madame Pup. She also has a lil sister named Lil Madame Queen. Madame Queen was rereleased in the Glitter Color Change Surprise (tots) series.
