L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. Lounge is the second slim box L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. fashion dolls line. Released in 2022, it features the original four dolls from series 1 wearing comfortable loungewear and socks, they do not come with any accessories but have holes in their ears for earrings. All the lounge budget dolls lack the wide range of articulation that full-price dolls have, as the elbows, wrists, and knees do not have a joint.

• There are two versions of the box backside. One only features the OMG lounge logo with artwork of the four dolls in their lounge outfits, the second version moving the logo upwards to make space for text: "O.M.G. we sisters strut fierce style & STAND OUT from the crowd, cuz we're here to SUPRISE! the world."
