Kansas Q.T. is a popular LOL tot from Eye Spy Series. She is part of the Storybook Club. She has a little sister Lil Kansas Q.T., and a dog Kansas K9. Her older sister is Starlette.
She was also released in All-Star Sports Series 5.
Appearance
Kansas Q.T. is a tanned LOL with medium-brown hair styled in pigtails, hazel eyes, freckles and ruby-red lipstick, as well as a a small heart on her left cheek. She wears a blue and white gingham two-piece, which has the appearance of a dress with a sweetheart neckline with a white t-shirt beneath it. The skirt portion is rimmed with white lace and there are red bows decorating it, matching the red bow headband Kansas Q.T. wears in her hair.
She also sports white socks with red stripes and glittery silver sneakers. Underneath her dress she has a medium-blue bodysuit with a rainbow print.
When exposed to water, her and her entire outfit (with the exception of her shoes) will turn various shades of sepia and white, mimicking the initial scenes in The Wizard of Oz (which were shot in sepia tones to contrast with the colourful land of Oz as seen later in the film).
Trivia
- She is also a sister to Pop Heart and Lil Pop Heart.
- Her qoutes and outfits are somewhat similar to Judy Garland and her portrayal of Dorothy Gale.
