L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. Guys Series 1 is the first series of the L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. Guys fashion dolls line released in July 2021, consisting of only one doll: Cool Lev.

The Guys line is a spin-off to both the L.O.L. Surprise and O.M.G. doll line first released as a part of the 707 Celebration (L.O.L. Surprise! Day), it is a signature line featuring the older brothers to fan-favorite Boys.

Introducing the first ever LOL Surprise OMG Guys fashion doll in the LOL Surprise world, Cool Lev! Cool Lev loves to Skate, Scribble & Roll, and he believes you should draw UR own path, then sk8 there. Cool Lev comes with 20 surprises and a totally unique unboxing experience! He has a cool skater look with his own skateboard, and he is articulated for tons of tricks. Plus, he’s Big Bro to fan favorite LOL Surprise doll Scribbles. The fashion doll is not anatomically correct. The packaging becomes a reusable playset and is a great gift for kids.
