Foxy is a popular LOL tot from Series 3 (Confetti Pop). She is part of the Retro Club. She has an older sister Sunset, a little sister Lil Foxy, a brother Far Out, and two pets, Foxy Flyer and Foxy Pup.
She was re-released as part of Color Change Surprise series.

Foxy has black hair, tied in a high bun. She has dark brown eyes hidden behind golden sunglasses with fuchsia lens. She adorns her hair with a fuchsia and orange knotted cloth.
