Cool Lev is an O.M.G. fashion doll from the Guys Series 1 released in 2021. He is also the second boy omg doll, followed by Rocker Boi. His younger siblings are Scribbles and Lil Scribbles. The family also includes Scratches.
Similar to his little brother, Scribbles he has a passion for street art.

Cool Lev has a lighter brown skin tone, dark cyan eyes, and brown eyebrows with a shave through the middle on one of them. His hair is shaved flocked hair that’s split with one side being blonde and another being gold and pink, yellow, and greenish cyan.
