Bashful Q.T. has dark brown skin, glitter brown eyes, translucent hair, white freckles on her nose, white lipstick, brown eyebrows, and white hearts on either cheek. She wears a white dress with a silver collar and silver tufts at the bottom rim. She also has silver angel-like wings, white fishnet tights, and silver shoes with white soles and silver pom-poms.
